This unforgettable night was captured on film to be released as KALEO: Viva Roma in the Shadow of the Colosseum. The documentary-concert film is the third chapter in the VERTIGO LIVE series, a set of epic music concerts produced in extraordinary places across the globe, with exclusive add-ons for superfans, including artist meet &amp; greets, their names added to the film credits and exclusive acoustic sets. Directed by GRAMMY &amp; EMMY nominated Giorgio Testi, the film will feature both the incredible concert and documentary footage, celebrating a decade of Icelandic legends &#8211; KALEO.

In collaboration with music cinematic producer VERTIGO LIVE, we produced a breathtaking 10th-anniversary concert for GRAMMY-nominated band KALEO. Intimate and electric &#8211; this epic event gave 250 of the band’s biggest fans access to a ‘closed film set’ and the experience of a lifetime at the Roman Forum and Archeological Park of the Colosseum, in the shadow of the world-famous amphitheatre.

Set in the stunning Belgravia venue, Wild by Tart, our sleek TRESemmé styling stations welcomed guests during an elegant drinks reception, offering cocktails and hairstyles to die for. This introduced guests to TRESemmé’s Lamellar Shine range, which was included in the event goody bags. Our strategic product placements and photo station maximized exposure for TRESemmé’s incredible products.
The evening continued with an exquisite three-course dinner and a discussion led by the ELLE Future of Beauty Awards Panel, featuring ELLE&#8217;s Beauty Director Katy Young and industry experts &#8211; Lesley Buckle, George Northwood, and Mia Mauge. They explored the pivotal role of haircare in advancing the beauty industry. Our support ensured the event’s technical production was flawless, complementing the sleek salon looks showcased by the guests.

Our long-term partner and client, Hearst, tasked us with supporting the technical production and experiential elements of the ELLE Future of Beauty Dinner. Held a few days before the Future of Beauty Awards, this event, in collaboration with iconic hair brand TRESemmé, was an intimate evening for ELLE members and readers. It celebrated the latest trends, technologies, and brands in the hair and beauty industry that were honoured at the awards.

The immersive pop-up showcased multiple installations reinforcing Lancôme’s three core pillars: quality, science, and efficacy. The Idôle Lab unveiled the science behind the hero product’s unique formulation, with samples allowing guests to experience its exceptional quality. The masterclass space featured Lancôme’s professional makeup artists, who shared their coveted tips and the season’s hottest makeup trends, demonstrating Lancôme’s products in action. A charming café, offering coffee and delicious baked goods (even the butter was pink), added a delightful French touch.
The VIP opening on day one attracted beauty, fashion, and lifestyle influencers such as Weronika Sowa (3.6M followers), Joy Sunday (859K followers), and Steph Hui (1.5M followers). Celebrities including Michelle Keegan, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, and Adrienne Bailon-Houghton were also in attendance. Branded photo installations, a photo booth, and a message wall written in lipstick enabled Lancôme to reach a broad audience, garnering coverage from <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13528567/amp/Michelle-Keegan-epitome-chic-plunging-white-dress-stilettos-poses-stunning-snaps-Lanc-event.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Daily Mail</a> and industry publications like <a href="https://cosmeticsbusiness.com/lanc%C3%B4me-unveils-london-pop-up-in-covent-garden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cosmetics Business</a> and <a href="https://theindustry.beauty/lancome-to-celebrate-latest-launch-with-new-pop-up-in-london/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Industry Beauty</a>.
Idôle House, much like the Idôle range, embodied the French spirit and elegance, representing modern femininity. It made everyone who stepped inside feel like an idol in their own right, reaffirming Lancôme’s status as the world’s leading luxury beauty brand.

From guests creating miniature chocolate versions of themselves to being the first to sample M&amp;M Minis in the UK, this activation was filled to the brim with interactive elements, creating a buzz with online attention as well as physical footfall &#8211; a win-win in our book. With Leicester Square only a short walk away, guests were also encouraged to visit the M&amp;Ms flagship store &#8211; the biggest candy shop in the world. 
Bursting with colour, variety and fun, just like the sweets themselves, this unique pop-up successfully showcased M&amp;Ms as an accessible, family friendly brand and introduced its new product line in a way that achieved both digital and on the ground reach.

Global confectionery brand M&amp;M&#8217;s and PR agency The Romans approached us with a flavourful challenge: to produce a two day pop-up nearby the flagship M&amp;Ms London store in Soho to mark the UK launch of M&amp;M Minis. 
To execute this brand activation, we had two objectives to meet: produce an interactive experience that introduces consumers to the new product and also reinforce the brand&#8217;s unserious, colourful and mass market message: ‘one for all, and all for fun’.

TIMELESS BRITISH FASHION

We created a vibrant and fun space that showed the client’s branding and made them stand out among the busy exhibition centre. Our work proved as an incredible activation space and content backdrop for talks, demonstrations and influencer meetups. 
We suspended a giant version of the iconic Butternut Box from the ceiling and created the giant ‘bowl of truth’, filled with the fresh ingredients Butternut Box use in all their products, making their core brand values clear to existing and potential customers. In both years, we donated 100KG of the ingredients used to City Harvest whose volunteers boxed and distributed the food, helping families in need whilst also ensuring the food was not wasted.

LEADING THE PACK FOR BRAND ACTIVATIONS AT CRUFTS

Tasked with increasing Wrigley&#8217;s outreach to a younger demographic, we designed and produced an exclusive wellness-focused brand activation for their chewing gum brand &#8211; Extra. 
Our goal was to captivate the attention of Gen Z amidst the hustle and bustle of London, encouraging them to break free from their hectic schedules through a unique wellness pop-up experience that left guests associating Extra with feeling calm and fresh.

Wrigleys activation

In a strategic partnership with the award-winning PR agency &#8211; The Romans, we produced this unique brand activation. Nestled in the trendy and easily accessible Shoreditch, courtesy of our venue &#8211; White Rabbit Studios, this pop-up provided a tranquil escape from the frenetic energy of central London. Named EXTRA: Breathe, Chill, Chew, Repeat, this experience created a sanctuary for those in pursuit of a health boost and a dose of wholesome wellness.
Upon entering the Chill and Chew Zone, guests were indulged in the calming scents of peppermint &#8211; a classic flavour of the iconic EXTRA gum. Personalised breathwork sessions by the esteemed Artur Paulins, a breathwork and mindfulness coach trained by Wim Hof, ensured that guests entered a tranquil mental state before engaging in the ice immersion.
Equipped both physically and mentally, guests faced the Extra Gum ice baths, increasing blood flow circulation, enhancing alertness and mood, and fostering overall well-being. Guests then luxuriated on giant bean bags while indulging in invigorating ice eye masks. The Re-chew-created a calming ambience under a mesmerising projection of the aurora borealis. This space offered an opportunity for quiet reflection with journaling or an active rebound to get the blood flowing after the ice immersion.
The activation provided flexibility for guests to experience the EXTRA treatments individually or as part of a group, fostering a social outing for friends and family or offering precious ‘me time’ for those seeking relaxation in solitude.
