Rituals, a renowned luxury home and body cosmetics brand, asked us to create a memorable activation at The Big Feastival in Oxfordshire to promote their new Ritual of Karma range – inspired by the ethos of living with good karma and radiating positivity.

The key objectives of this activation were twofold: first, to drive brand awareness among the festival attendees, and second, to serve as a direct point of sale for the new product range. Our challenge was to create an immersive experience that would embody the spirit of the Ritual of Karma and encourage interaction with the products.

Our team designed a serene, inviting space at The Big Feastival that captured the essence of the Ritual of Karma. We created a holistic experience that allowed festival-goers to engage with the brand on multiple levels. 

At the heart of the activation was a tranquil meditation area, where visitors could take a moment to unwind and reconnect with themselves amidst the festival’s hustle and bustle. We also created a hand massage station where attendees could indulge in mini-treatments using the Ritual of Karma body care products. This personal touch not only allowed participants to experience the luxurious feel and scent of the products firsthand but also fostered a deeper connection with the brand. To complement these experiences, we installed beautifully crafted product displays, inviting guests to explore the collection at their own pace. This setup served as both a visual focal point and a point of sale, encouraging on-site purchases.

Sustainability was woven into the design and execution of the activation. We repurposed existing pieces from previous events, minimising waste. 

Through a combination of sensory engagement, personal interaction, and a strong commitment to sustainability, we created an experience that left a lasting impact on all who participated.
