AllBright – a global collective empowering ambitious women, envisioned a remarkable event to celebrate International Women’s Day. We were challenged to create an exceptional experience, building community among AllBright members and guests while providing engaging opportunities for networking, learning, and meaningful brand interaction.

Key Objectives:

  • Craft an immersive environment conducive to celebration and networking
  • Facilitate interactions between guests and influential speakers addressing contemporary women’s issues
  • Curate Instagrammable moments to amplify engagement on social media
  • Cultivate relationships between AllBright and partner brands, enhancing brand visibility and fostering connections

We brought The Step Forward Summit to life at the historic Old Sessions House. In addition to the main event, we curated pop-up experiences offered by AllBright’s esteemed partners and sponsors, enriching the gathering with an array of offerings. These included Benefit’s signature brow-perfect beauty bar, skin scanning and wine-tasting with Caudalie, psychic readings with Pandora, massages with Rituals, fitness with Tissot, and a portrait studio for professional headshots – a valuable takeaway for guests.

We provided a seamless production to platform AllBright’s mission to support women at every stage of their development. Through a series of engaging workshops and panel discussions, curated by AllBright, the summit tackled pressing topics, such as encouraging policymakers and businesses to prioritise women’s health issues, financial empowerment for women, and the intersection of women’s issues with climate change.

Engaging AllBright’s impressive network of speakers spanning diverse fields, including business, philanthropy, fashion, and the arts, provided attendees with valuable insights and inspiration. Speakers included: Vick Hope – Radio presenter and Journalist, Trinny Woodall – Founder and CEO of Trinny London, Katherine Ryan – Comedian and Writer, Ella Mills – Founder of Deliciously Ella, and Abadesi Osunsade – Ex-Global Vice President, Social Entrepreneur & VC Scout. Their contributions added depth and resonance to the event, addressing critical issues affecting women globally.

By providing a platform for influential speakers and facilitating valuable experiences with partner brands, the event showcased AllBright’s unwavering commitment to empowering ambitious women and driving positive change. The immersive atmosphere, diverse agenda, and strategic brand partnerships contributed to the event’s resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on attendees and solidifying AllBright’s position as a leading advocate for female empowerment.
