We designed and produced an immersive health and wellness experience. A 4 day retreat, immersing ASOS and Nike customers, content creators and athletes in nurturing their health and fitness. Our concept was the ‘RE:SET Lab’, designed for burnt-out millennials after we identified this to be Nike and ASOS’ target audience and an issue all too common in this demographic.

 

THE IMPACT

The user journey was designed around transitional storytelling with 5 key phases.

First, the HIIT room RE:ENERGISE to get heart rates pumping and endorphins flowing. Next up, RE:FORM – a calming yoga experience which enabled a moment of calm and encouraged guests to reconnect with their mind, body and soul, al set to the calming, meditative sounds of the Kora, an African harp played live by Kadilay Kouyate.

Guests then travelled through a wild, botanical tunnel, surrounded by birds singing and rambling greenery, emerging in a Japanese peace garden filled with luscious plants and serene water fountains. RE:MIND served as a meditation zone, creating a space for guests to feel centred and rejuvenated with our bespoke meditation practice.

Finally, RE:SET. To end the attendees’ experience, the final space enabled guests to re-energise with nutritious foods to fuel the body and brain and to take away tangible tools and skills they can use at home to prioritise their health and wellbeing. Workshops included a terrarium session led by We Are Leafage, emphasising the importance of connecting with yourself and to nature and a scent and candle workshop by Earl of East.

Our digital Nike x ASOS platform enabled guests to pick out clothing and accessories from both brands to aid them in continuing their health and wellness journeys beyond the retreat.
